Selected thinking on the problems leaders actually face — published when we have something useful to say, not on a content schedule. Everything here rests on the same rule as our advice: what can be counted, counted; what must be understood, understood.
What we write about
- Business Design — offers, business models, and value creation: rethinking what a business sells and how it earns when the market moves.
- Business Transformation — operating models, organization, and change: making strategy executable, not just presentable.
- Strategic Response — deciding and acting under pressure: shocks, sudden shifts, and the discipline of a structured near-term response.
- Continuity & Reconfiguration — keeping the business steady while rebuilding it: continuity planning, stabilization, and organizational reconfiguration.
- Market & Decision Context — the UAE and GCC operating environment, and decision-making under uncertainty: evidence, judgement, and governance.
- Design-Driven Thinking — how design methods sharpen strategy: testing ideas with real customers and real evidence before committing capital.
Occasional sector pieces (food and beverage, real estate, and others) appear under their own tag.
Our editorial promise
Selective and practical. We publish fewer pieces, held to the standard we hold client advice: a real problem, a usable way of thinking about it, and sources named when we cite numbers. If a piece would not survive being forwarded to a sceptical CEO, it does not get published.
