We are INNOBASE — a Dubai-based strategic advisory firm. We combine design-driven methods with governed AI capability to help leaders make better decisions, redesign what no longer works, and turn complexity into practical change.
We are deliberately boutique, and we say it plainly: when you engage INNOBASE, you work with senior practitioners throughout — from first conversation to final deliverable. And we are builders as well as advisers: the AI decision-support tools we recommend are the kind we design, build, and operate ourselves.

- Problem first. Every engagement starts from the situation in front of you — never from a product we want to sell or a framework looking for a client.
- Evidence in both currencies. We use quantitative data for what can be counted and qualitative depth for what must be understood. Big decisions deserve both.
- Design as a method, not a slogan. We design around how your customers, employees, and decision-makers actually behave — testing ideas against real evidence before capital is committed.
- Governed AI, by written method. Our AI product design framework works in documented layers — the system's intent, its organizational context, its reasoning logic, and its operating infrastructure — with human oversight built in and evaluation defined before anything is built at scale.
- Honesty as policy. Every claim on this site is checked against evidence before publication. Where we cannot show something yet, we say so — including on this page.

innobase.ae — this site — is our advisory home: services, thinking, and product discovery. innobase.app is where our products run today as individual applications, and is the future home of a unified INNOBASE product place — a direction we are building towards, not a platform that exists yet.
